She is happy to discuss with you personally the details of the trips, as well as answer any questions or issues that you may have. 

Once you have made your decision, Hannah will refer you to her representative at the particular adventure travel company that is handling the travel details.  She will be checking in with you periodically before your journey, as well as greeting you with open arms when you arrive at your destination!
